Itiner lets travel agencies draft client-ready itineraries with AI and share them as a branded client portal.
A trip request turns into WhatsApp back-and-forth, a copy of last month's Canva doc, and hours reformatting hotels, flights, and activities by hand. Then a client asks to change one hotel, and the whole document gets reopened, edited, and re-exported as itinerary_final_v14.pdf.
AI drafts the first structured version of the itinerary from a plain description of the trip. An agent verifies and refines it, then shares one live portal link, not a PDF that goes stale the moment something changes.
Every trip is one record, not a document. The client portal and the exported PDF both read from that same record, so there is exactly one source of truth per trip.

Itiner is built for travel agencies that build custom itineraries for clients. That includes boutique tour operators, destination management companies, and luxury planners, rather than businesses selling packaged tours.
Can Itiner replace Canva or Google Docs for itinerary planning?
Yes. It replaces the manual document with a structured builder, reusable templates, branded PDFs, and a live portal that updates automatically after a change.
What happens if I regenerate a trip?
Regenerating builds a new draft and replaces the days of the current one, so edit the trip after you have regenerated, not before.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. No card is required, so an agency can build its first trip and client portal before upgrading.
Can clients pay for their trip through Itiner?
Yes. Itiner takes client payments through Razorpay, so a client can pay an agency directly from the portal instead of a separate invoice or bank transfer.
