FOUNDER

Daksh Bathla.

Eighteen. Studying computer applications. Deep into tech and AI because solving problems is the only thing that's ever made sense to me. My own first, then the ones I noticed other people stuck on too.

Navital Labs is that instinct turned into a studio. One person, no handoffs. The same hands that scope the problem write the fix and ship it.

01 · HOW IT STARTED

Real friction, not a feature idea.

LeadScrapper Pro came from watching freelancers and agencies burn weeks on cold-lead research that should've taken minutes. Itiner came from travel agents redrafting the same itinerary by hand every time a client changed their mind.

Neither came from a whiteboard session. Both came from watching someone lose hours to work software should've already handled, then building the thing that removes it.

02 · HOW IT MOVES
01

LeadScrapper Pro, in five days

Discovery, digital-presence audits, and AI-drafted outreach, built and shipped as a working pipeline, not a prototype, in five days.

02

150 agencies, called directly

Itiner's product-market fit didn't come from a survey. It came from personally reaching out to over 150 regional travel agencies to hear what broke in their itinerary workflow.

03

Building in public

Traffic, revenue, code architecture, and the pivots that didn't work, shared as they happen, not cleaned up after the fact.

03 · WHY IT EXISTS

No ideology, no VC timeline pressure. Find the problem, build the fix, ship it, improve it on what real use shows. That's the whole strategy, for the studio, and for how I work.
